Your Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, Executive Governor of Abia State,
Your Excellency, Mrs. Priscilla Otti,
Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, we gather not merely to distribute books — but to sow dreams.
Each exercise book we launch today is a seed of possibility, a quiet promise whispered into the heart of every Abia child: that your mind matters, your ideas are valid, and your future is worth investing in.

Education is not just the key to personal success — it is the bridge between poverty and prosperity, between limitation and liberation. When a child opens a book, he opens a world. When a community gives that child a book, it declares its faith in tomorrow.

We thank His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, whose vision of a new Abia continues to redefine leadership — practical, purposeful, and people-centered. Your Excellency, your investment in education is a light that will outlive us all.

We also commend Hon. Diamond Collins and the PD Foundation for this noble collaboration with Abia Arise Ehimiri Housing Estate. You have shown that private initiative and public spirit can walk hand in hand to build the future we desire.
