Successful Inauguration Ceremony of Abia Arise Asa-Nnentu Motor Spare Parts Alaoji Market Chapter

Yesterday, September 30th, 2025, history was made at Asa-Nnentu Motor Spare Parts, Alaoji Market, as the Abia Arise Asa-Nnentu Market Chapter was officially inaugurated. The colorful ceremony brought together market leaders, government officials, stakeholders, and well-wishers who share in the vision of a progressive Abia State.

The event, which featured inspiring speeches and cultural displays, was graced by notable dignitaries including the State Chairman of Abia Arise, Hon. Nkem Okoro, and the Executive Mayor of Ugwunagbo LGA, Hon. Chigemezu Iheanacho Wagbara, among others.

In his address, the State Chairman, Hon. Nkem Okoro, charged the newly inaugurated executives and members to uphold the values of unity, accountability, and service to the people. He emphasized that Abia Arise is not just a movement but a people-driven vision anchored on development, integrity, and progress. He urged traders in the Asa-Nnentu axis to key into this vision, work together for the prosperity of their businesses, and contribute to the larger growth of Abia State.

On his part, the Executive Mayor, Hon. Chigemezu Iheanacho Wagbara, commended the initiative of establishing the Asa-Nnentu chapter. He described it as a vital step in ensuring grassroots participation in the state’s developmental agenda. The Mayor encouraged market leaders to remain steadfast, law-abiding, and cooperative with government efforts, stressing that peace and order in the market would translate into economic prosperity for the traders and the community at large.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the Asa-Nnentu traders with policies and initiatives that would enhance business growth, infrastructure, and general welfare.

The inauguration was not only a celebration of a new chapter but also a rallying point for traders and stakeholders to align with the broader dream of a prosperous Abia under the “Abia Arise” vision.
