Coalition: We Fear and Advise Obi to Be Cautious and Careful Because That Is a Contraption- Ibrahim
During an interview on Arise TV, Ibrahim Abdullahi, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), voiced his concerns about the recent political dynamics that have included Peter Obi and Atiku. He also advised Obi to exercise caution, pointing out that the current alliance is problematic and that he should not join them.
After highlighting the fact that many members of the PDP anticipated that Atiku would not celebrate Obi's loss when he left the party, he made this statement. This is especially true when considering the fact that Obi is currently being recruited into a coalition.
Kwankwaso in Kano and the G5 governors led by Nyesom Wike were both unexpectedly defeated, and Abdullahi brought attention to both of these events. In light of the fact that the People's Democratic Party (PDP) had a strong possibility of regaining control in the approaching election, he emphasised that Atiku had the opportunity to bring together these people in order to raise support for the party.
"We only fear and advise Peter Obi to be cautious and careful because that is a contraption," he said. "We only concern ourselves with that." We did not anticipate that they would lose Kwankwaso in Kano, nor did we anticipate that they would lose the G5 governors to Nyesom Wike. "Atiku was in a position to have pacified these individuals in order to galvanise support, to demonstrate how hungry we were to win that election again, because all of the chances were there for the People's Democratic Party to reclaim the soul of this country at hand."
