OPPOSITION IS THE SPICE OF DEMOCRACY.

Opposition is the spice of democracy. Who amongst us knew that Port Harcourt road Aba was constructed as a Federal road and not a state road .

Who amongst us knew that the state is lining up to collect refund of N36.5b from FG for the reconstructed of that road and many others .

Have we seen why that retired Permanent Secretary's memo that N8b should be paid to Hartland construction for full and final payment but was ignored for N36.5b.

There is nothing like accountability in Government. I remember when I was in Government, then Minister ( Fashola)made it clear to us that Port Harcourt road is a state road especially as it has been enveloped by the city development 


Today , Port Harcourt road was constructed as a federal road and the reimbursement is being awaited. 

We will keep our eyes on the ball .
